1) No purchase is necessary. Entrants must be 18 years age or older. Winner will be responsible to obtain any necessary travel documents, passport, visas, etc. Persons employed by WOA Productions LLC (Contest Sponsor) or Wild Outdoor Adventures – South America LLC (Contest Sponsor) or Wild Outdoor Adventures Inc. (Contest Sponsor) or Wild Outdoor Adventures Hunts LLC (Contest Sponsor) are not eligible and will be disqualified.

2) Winning prize for each of 12 monthly drawings starting August 1, 2007 will be a Dove hunt in Cordoba or Santiago del Estero Argentina for 4 days of wing shooting. Included is 4 days of wing shooting, lodging for 4 nights, meals and beverages (including wine, beer and soft drinks) during the hunt, 1x1 guide (bird boy), soft drinks and snacks while in the field, English speaking hostess on arrival to assist in customs and gun introduction, ground transfer from airport (Cordoba or Santiago del Estero) to lodge and return. Point of pickup for hunt is Cordoba or Santiago del Estero, Argentina airport.

Note: Most International arrivals come through Buenos Aires International airport (EZE) then transfer to Buenos Aires Aeroparque domestic airport for a domestic flight to Cordoba or Santiago del Estero.  Additional options exist including LAN Chile connecting via Santiago.

3) Not included in the free hunt prize are any international flights, domestic flights, ground transfers from international (EZE) airport to domestic airport, hotels, meals or excursions before or after the hunt, shells ($11/box of 25 or current rate at the time of the trip), gun rental ($50 per day if needed), tips to bird boy or service staff, gun permit (approx $100 per gun), hunting permit.

4) Entries will be accepted online via www.woatv.com web site until midnight U.S. Pacific time the day before the drawing is scheduled to occur.

5) You may only enter each drawing 1 time per day.  Duplicate entries in the same day will be deleted.  Your name will not be automatically reentered into the next drawing.  

6) Entrants do not have to be present to win. WOA Productions LLC (and Wild Outdoor Adventures – South America LLC will be responsible for notifying the Winner via email and posting the winners name on the www.woatv.com web site.  Winner has 72 hours to accept the prize and provide Contest Sponsor with a photo for promotional purposes.  If the primary winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide a photo within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected.

7) Winner will need to complete the free hunt within a 12 month period from date of winning drawing. Arrangements for dates for booking the hunt dates will be done between the winner and office of WOA Productions LLC. WOA Productions LLC will determine and notify the winner of the available dates for free hunt prize.

8) Free hunt prize is not transferable without written permission from WOA Productions LLC management.

9) Additional hunters or non-hunters to accompany winner will be allowed based on space availability and current rates.

8) Winner is solely responsible for any travel, hotel, rental transportation, work days missed, taxes, and related expenses for the participation in the free hunt.

9) WOA Productions LLC representatives will supervise the contest drawing, whose decisions, interpretations and rule modifications, if any are necessary will be final.

10) By entering , winning, and/or accepting the Free Hunt, the Winner agrees to release WOA Productions LLC, Wild Outdoor Adventures, Wild Outdoor Adventures SA, Wild Outdoor Adventures Hunts, their respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, together with respective employees, officials, partners, owners, officers, directors, and agents including advertising and promotional sponsors from any and all liability with respect to prize, and acknowledge that the Contest sponsors have neither made nor in any manner are responsible or liable for representation or guarantee relative to hunting, or prize. Upon the act of entering, you agree that any disputes arising from this drawing will be subject to confidential binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11) Winner hereby agrees that without further compensation the contest sponsors may use his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and/or promotional purposes, to include any media including but not limited to television, website, newspaper, newsletters and any other printed material for promotional purposes.  As this contest is primarily for promotional purposes, winner acknowledges that they are expected to provide copies of photos and/or video from their trip for future promotions. 

12) Contest Sponsors reserve the right to amend or terminate the Free Hunt Promotion program at any time. You should check this page to stay informed of any changes or rule modifications.

13) Free Hunt Prize has no cash value, and may only be used as a hunt during the above described time period.

14 Not responsible for lost, damaged, incomplete, or misspelled entries.

15) Chances of winning have not been calculated and are based on number of entries received. No same day duplication of entries will be accepted.
